The S-19114 series launched today is a battery monitoring IC with a working voltage of 36V. It has the industry's fastest detection response time (not more than 10 μs (*2)).It affects the detection response time there are two components: resistance and capacitors inside IC.The performance of the two-19114 series has greatly improved. The detection response time of the resistive element is 1/5 of the previous model, and the capacitance element is shortened to 1/20 of the previous model.
The S-19114 series has a small number of resistors and capacitors that affect the response time, and the consumption current at the same time is as low as 2.0µA (TYP).This makes this series very suitable for the low -waiting system that requires continuous detection.
Another advantage of the S-19114 series is that the ultra-compact packaging is used to fully meet the current miniaturization of vehicle equipment.
